Vacante: Process Engineer. 

Primary Function:

Process engineer is responsable to develop mastery in the process on which is assigned and develop continues improvement initiatives for loss elimination ( waste, complaints, defects, unsafe conditions, efficiencies and rate )

 Dimensions:

KWS Phase certification, Efficiency (OEE), AM CIL& CL DMS Owner,Cost tgt and budget adherence, QFS key indicators compliance, Safety Key programs compliance and indicators according to the work platform, waste and usage controls , Process condition documentation standarization, Process standarization, Production forms setting

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

 - Monitors, follow up on to action and identifies improvements in the production process.

• Participates in DDS3 meeting.
• Indetifies , prioritize ane eliminates waste sources within conversion Process using actively KWS- CIPO tools and methodologies.
• Identify efficiencies gapsor losses through CIPO Tools , defining an imporvement plan to close the gap or eliminate the losses. Is the Owner for continuous imporvmeent Tools such as Basic and Advance problem solving tools
• Leads improvement projects including KSUM methodology adoption.
• Supports innovation, renovation, relocation, throughput increase, rate increase, material changes adoption, processes and tests at the production lines assigned.
• Co-Leads QFS and Safety, Energy Losses investigations together with Line Leader and Functions to deliver improvement actions for implementation.
• Leads VAriability investigations that takes place in the productive process to identify source of losses or variability and determina actions to take control or reduce variability.
• Is capable and responsible for leading relocation process ( food and package relocation from one source to another) ensuring Image and Food delivery is maintained.
• Is responsible to support the renovation/ innovation pipeline.
• Is the owner of the food transforation knowledge in the plant.
• Asess the line and identify oportunities to improve and address the gaps in terms of process standarization and linebalancing.
•  Is responsible for improvements or best practices replication across the production lines for ensuring losses reduction / elimination.
• Owns the and CL definition for the AM lines at the assigned working platform Contributes to define and esntadardize procedures for CIL and CL processes.
