Title: Process Engineer
Join us as a Process Engineer at our Toluca, Mexico Plant, where you will play a critical role in enabling safe, high‑quality, and efficient food manufacturing operations. This is an on‑site role, partnering closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to ensure stable, capable, and well‑controlled processes across production and packaging lines.
You will be part of a collaborative manufacturing team focused on process stability, loss elimination, and continuous improvement, with strong engagement on the plant floor. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful technical initiatives, support new product introductions, and strengthen operational standards using Kellanova Work Systems (KWS). If you are driven to understand how and why processes perform the way they do—and enjoy turning data and observations into sustainable improvements—this is a role where you can grow and make a difference.

- Continuous Improvement & Loss Elimination – Identify, prioritize, and execute improvement initiatives to reduce waste, losses, and downtime using KWS, Lean, and data‑driven analysis, delivering measurable operational impact.
- Standards, KPIs & Change Management – Establish and maintain technical and operational standards, track performance through KPIs, and lead Management of Change (MOC) to ensure safe, controlled, and well‑communicated process updates.
- Capability Building & Food Safety – Build technical capability within operational teams through coaching and training while ensuring compliance with GMPs, food safety, quality, and safety requirements.
