Title:  Quality and Food Safety Analyst

If you’re ready to bring your best, join our Supply Chain team as a Quality and Food Safety Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for the on‑site execution of food safety and sanitation programs, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements while identifying risks and continuous improvement opportunities.

This role is based at our Linares, Nuevo León plant and is an on‑site position, working closely with cross‑functional partners across Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Quality & Food Safety. You’ll play a critical role in protecting product integrity, strengthening food safety culture, and supporting plant performance through strong execution and auditing discipline.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Food Safety & Sanitation Programs – Lead the execution and auditing of sanitation, cleaning and sanitization (SSOPs), pest control, chemical control, allergen cleaning, and prerequisite programs across the plant to ensure food safety compliance.
  • Audits & Compliance – Administer and support internal food safety and sanitation audits, investigate deviations, and drive corrective and preventive actions to closure.
  • Continuous Improvement – Develop and execute improvement initiatives focused on reducing microbiological risk, optimizing cleaning times, and improving sanitation effectiveness.
  • Training & Culture – Train and coach plant employees and contractors on food safety, GMPs, sanitation, and allergen control to ensure consistent execution and compliance.
  • CrossFunctional Partnership Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Purchasing, and external service providers to ensure effective execution of food safety and sanitation programs.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Experience executing food safety, sanitation, and prerequisite programs in a food manufacturing or production environment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitization systems (SSOPs), pest control programs, chemical control, and allergen management.
  • Experience conducting internal audits and supporting food safety investigations and corrective actions.
  • Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
