Title:  Sales and Operations Execution Manager BeNeLux

We’re looking for a Sales & Operations Execution Manager to join our Benelux team in Belgium Head Office, playing a critical part at the heart of our business. This is a hybrid role giving you the flexibility to work from the office and from home.

In this role, you’ll act as a key connector across Commercial, Supply Chain, and European stakeholders, helping to ensure our Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) runs seamlessly. By balancing supply and demand, reducing penalties and Non‑Performing Inventory (NPI), and enabling smart, data‑driven decision‑making, you’ll help deliver outstanding customer service and strong business performance.

Working cross‑functionally within Benelux and across the wider European Supply Chain, this role is all about execution, collaboration, and impact.

With a strong bias for action, you’ll help translate plans into reality, supporting the successful delivery of Benelux business plans in a fast‑moving, purpose‑driven environment where your contribution truly makes a difference.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving S&OE Excellence: Lead and continuously improve the Sales & Operations Execution process for the Benelux markets, working closely with the local Integrated Business Planning team to ensure strong alignment between demand, supply, and execution priorities.
• Enabling Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner across Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, and European Supply Chain teams to ensure plans are executable and risks are clearly understood.
• Reducing Risk and NPI: Proactively identify supply versus demand risks and translate insights into preventive and mitigation plans that reduce penalties and Non‑Performing Inventory.
• Creating Visibility and Insight: Provide clear, timely visibility to the Benelux business on supply constraints, demand volatility, and execution risks. By using data, dashboards, and storytelling, this role supports confident decision‑making at all levels of the organization.
• Championing ED&I and CSR: Actively support and role‑model Kellanova’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility agenda, ensuring ways of working are inclusive, responsible, and aligned with the company’s purpose and values.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
• Strong ability to lead, influence, and inspire diverse stakeholders toward challenging and sometimes competing goals
• Proven analytical capability to interpret data, identify opportunities, define clear action plans, and execute with impact
• Experience working in Sales & Operations Execution, S&OP, supply chain planning, or operational roles within a complex, matrixed organization
• Knowledge of SAP/R3, APO, Excel, BI, or similar reporting and planning tools as a strong advantage
