You will establish and drive function-specific KPIs, leverage work systems, and apply continuous improvement and lean principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize capital investment.
  • Leadership & Talent Development: As a senior leader, you will set direction and technical standards for the site’s engineering and facilities functions. By leading by example, promoting collaboration, and developing salaried technical talent, you will help build a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Budget & Financial Management: Ensure financial success by preparing, managing, and justifying engineering and facilities operation and capital budgets. You will balance cost control with asset reliability, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
