Title:  Master Maintenance Planner

Description: 

As our Master Maintenance Planner, you are the linchpin in our plant operations. Your responsibilities extend beyond mere scheduling; you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our facility. You will plan maintenance activities, considering both short-term needs and long-term goals. This role will follow a Monday - Friday day shift.

 

Balancing preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reactive repairs, you keep costs in check. Your work contributes to our ability to provide affordable food to consumers.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Efficient Planning and Tracking: Plan and track predictive and corrective maintenance activities efficiently. Manage data collection quality and sustain lean manufacturing practices. Select suppliers or contractors, order parts, set up equipment records, and adhere to budget.
  • Regulatory Requirements: Manage Regulatory task. Fryer/Oven Safety Inspections, Back Flows, Fire Safety, Instrument/Scale Calibrations, Metal Detector/X-Ray.
  • Backup Support: Serve as the primary backup to the Maintenance Manager and MRO Storekeeper.
  • Reliability Assurance: Ensure equipment reliability aligns with the plan and meets reliability metrics. Provide technical and problem-solving support for new equipment purchase.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical and problem-solving support for recurring issues to drive OEE to Plant Targets. Be the Capital and Innovation Project Technical Maintenance Leader. Manage and select suppliers/contractors, ordering and allocating parts and services for specific work orders.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • HS Diploma, GED or International equivalent
  • Substantial related work experience including high level experience with SAP-PM maintenance planning software. 
  • Ability to quickly develop an in-depth working knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes, workflows, and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively motivate, communicate, delegate, negotiate and train and effectively achieve results through others.
  • Strong technical aptitude.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $103,600-$142,450 which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
