Title: Marketing Intern- Pringles
The Marketing Intern role at Kellanova offers a hands-on introduction to brand activation within a dynamic, global FMCG environment. This is a hybrid 12-month contract role based in Warsaw, Poland and is ideal for someone eager to learn how iconic brands are activated in market, from early planning through to flawless execution.
Working as part of the Market Activation Team, the intern will support the implementation of marketing activities that turn bold ideas into reality and deliver results that matter. The role blends creativity with commercial thinking, offering exposure to cross‑functional collaboration and real responsibility from day one.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Support Brand Activation Plans: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions, helping bring brand strategies to life across channels. This includes supporting the creation of product codes, marketing materials, digital assets, and performance reports that keep activations on track.
- Support Marketing Budget Management: Help manage the day‑to‑day marketing budget by creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining budget trackers, and supporting the onboarding of new marketing vendors with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate POS Materials: Support the coordination and delivery of point‑of‑sale materials, ensuring high‑quality execution that aligns with brand guidelines and reaches market with the right speed and impact.
- Market Analysis – Track and Study Data: Analyse sales data, category trends, and brand performance to generate insights and draw clear conclusions. This includes supporting reporting on sell‑in and sell‑out data to identify opportunities for future improvement.
- Help the Regional Team: Assist with organizing internal events, product launches, in‑store activities, and other marketing initiatives, helping ensure activations run smoothly and deliver a strong brand presence.
- Work with Other Teams: Collaborate closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Finance to ensure alignment, strong communication, and seamless execution across all stages of activation.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in both Polish and English
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset
- Nielsen knowledge would be a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Previous internship experience or participation in study exchange programs preferred
