Are you passionate about logistics and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Supply Chain team as a Inventory control analyst.  You’ll be responsible for monitoring and reconciling raw and packaging material inventories, analyzing material consumption variances, and ensuring alignment between physical stock and system records. This role is located Toluca, Méxco.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Inventory monitoring and reconciliation: Responsible for controlling raw and packaging material inventory through regular floor counts and inventory revisions. Ensures alignment between physical inventory and system records to detect and correct discrepancies.
  • Material consumption analysis: Performs daily, weekly, and monthly variance analyses on all materials to detect out-of-standard usage and minimize consumption deviations. Closely monitors the relationship between inventory levels and actual material consumption.
  • Acceptance rate and line performance: Calculates ingredient performance percentages (acceptance rate) per product. Supports production efficiency analysis by providing real-time rate data and calculating OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), using availability, acceptance, and rate metrics to identify improvement areas.
  • Waste reduction and project zero leadership: Leads Project Zero to minimize downtime and material waste, collaborating with line leaders and operators. Classifies downtimes per line to support continuous improvement and enhance production availability.
  • Quality and safety support: Supports traceability by tracking pallet and ticket data per batch and corresponding waste. Participates in quality improvement projects, ensures compliance with safety and sustainability standards, and takes corrective actions in case of food safety risks, including process shutdowns if needed.

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • Desired 2 years of experience in similar rol (Inventory control / Inventory coordinator)
  • Intermediate English level (able to hold a conversation and present information).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel (able to present and summarize information using Excel and Power BI)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
