M Join our team as Enginnering Project Coordinator Junior. anage capital projects across many areas related to manufacture and related initiatives using the companys methodology. Through the development and follow-up of schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and by coordinating multidisciplinary teams in collaboration with Production, Maintenance, QFS, Safety, Logistics, and Procurement, the role delivers value to the company in energy efficiency, sustainability, and waste reduction. The position also ensures compliance with Kellanova standards and oversees the review and approval of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and related documentation. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
• Capital Project Leadership – Lead R&R, QFS, EHS, R&D, and Productivity projects using the KWS UWF methodology, ensuring disciplined execution and governance.
• Performance & Delivery Excellence – Achieve KPCS ≥ 90% per project, with no negative impact on OEE, Operations, QFS, Safety, or NRC.
• Financial Planning & Capital Control – Ensure 100% ± 1% compliance with the annual capital plan and provide outlooks for capital, expense, OTC, WO, and capitalizations.
• Engineering & Compliance Oversight – Review and approve engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation, ensuring compliance with Kellanova standards.
• Cross-Functional & Strategic Collaboration – Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, participate in Centers of Excellence, and support critical infrastructure programs aligned with the CBN.
We’re Looking for Someone With
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience managing capital or engineering projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (UWF experience preferred)
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
• Experience reviewing engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal)
