Title:  Autonomous Mantainance Coordinator

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and building high-performing teams? As an Autonomous Mantainance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Autonomous Mantainance strategy across production lines by strengthening Equipment Owners’ (EQOs) capabilities. This role ensures productivity improvements, elimination of losses and waste, and sustainable manufacturing results through the company’s methodology.

You’ll work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement teams to embed Autonomous Mantainance as a day-to-day, shift-to-shift way of working. This is a key opportunity to enable capability building, process optimization, and cultural transformation on the shop floor. This role is located in out Toluca plant

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Autonomous Mantainance Strategy – Develop and execute the Autonomous Mantainance strategy across production lines, ensuring alignment with the company’s methodology and manufacturing objectives.
• Develop Autonomous Mantainance Methodology – Design, standardize, and continuously improve the Center of Excellence methodology to drive consistency and best practices.
• Build EQO Technical Capabilities – Develop knowledge and technical skills of Equipment Owners, enabling ownership, accountability, and problem-solving at the source.
• Promote Autonomous Mantainance Culture – Embed Autonomous Mantainance as a daily operational discipline, fostering engagement across shifts and throughout the organization.
• Strengthen Autonomous Mantainance Teams – Build capacity, control, and process optimization through structured teams and routines.
• Manage Autonomous Mantainance Tools & DMS Systems – Develop and sustain tools including DMS Centerlining, DMS CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication), and Defect Handling projects to ensure loss elimination and process stability.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in TPM, Autonomous Mantainance, or Continuous Improvement environments
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and loss analysis
• Proven capability building and training experience
• Experience implementing DMS, Centerlining, CIL, and Defect Handling processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills
