A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Brand Strategy & Planning
- Support the development of Mid-term strategy and annual brand plans
- Lead the market analysis of market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior on a regular basis to uncover actionable insights
- Project Management
- Initiate and lead projects aligned with strategic objectives, developing consumer-centric mix -concepts, products, and communications.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital and social media
- Conduct comprehensive post-launch analysis to inform future actions.
- Manage gate approvals budgets and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years+ of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG
- Strong analytical skills with logical and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional teams
- Fluent in Japanese, business-level English
- Agility and Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
