Title:  Project Coordinator

Find your future at the world’s best-performing, snacks-led powerhouse as a Project Co-Ordinator.  As an essential member of our Research and Development team, you'll lead cross-functional teams in the dynamic development and successful delivery of market projects, guiding them from inception to launch while assessing, mitigating, and communicating risks.  Based at our Media City office in Manchester, this hybrid role offers the flexibility of three days in the office per week. You'll collaborate closely within a team of six, reporting directly to a Project Manager.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Portfolio Delivery - Delivering a portfolio of projects for a specific geographic Market and ensuring compliance with defined KPIs.
  • Expectation Management - Effectively manage market expectations to project delivery through excellent communication & collaboration skills.
  • Escalation Handling - Acting as the first level of escalation for issues relating to project delivery through Market calls and contact, looking to introduce corrective & preventative actions and ensuring appropriate further escalation if required.
  • Large Project Leadership - For larger projects where a dedicated Project Manager is appointed, leading all required functions and activities to ensure successful SKU set-up within all business systems is completed on time and ensure compliance to defined KPIs.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identifying, designing, and implementing continuous improvement activity either for the team or for the business processes or systems being used.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams to deliver approved initiatives.
  • A logical and imaginative approach to problem-solving. Challenging the status quo, whilst always being mindful of subsequent impacts.
  • Ability to balance competing pressures is essential as you manage, market, functions, and category demands. In addition, supporting team members and changing business priorities as directed.
  • Previous experience within a project environment.
