This is more than a supply chain role—it’s a chance to shape how we serve our customers across the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Away from Home (AFH) channels. You’ll be the voice of the customer, the coach of a high-performing team, and the spark behind innovative, cost-saving ideas that keep our supply chain running like clockwork.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Supply Chain Leadership and Customer Excellence: Be the strategic force behind our customer supply chain operations across Ireland and UK Away from Home channels. You’ll lead with vision, forging trusted partnerships and delivering best-in-class service that sets us apart in the FMCG landscape.
- Champion the Customer Voice: Collaborate cross-functionally and externally to transform feedback into actionable insights, driving mutual growth and elevating the customer experience.
- Unlocking Value Through Data and Innovation: Use your analytical acumen to identify and deliver opportunities for productivity gains cost efficiency improvements. You’ll turn data into opportunity, designing smart solutions that benefit both our business and our customers.
- Empowering High Performing Teams: Inspire and develop a high performing team to deliver on our UKI market goals. You’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and personal growth. Where people thrive and deliver exceptional results.
- Driving End-to-End Collaboration: Working seamlessly across with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure flawless execution and alignment on shared goals. You’ll be the connector that ensures supply chain delivers.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Strategic Ownership & Initiative: You’re a self-starter with the autonomy and drive to identify cross-functional opportunities for productivity and savings, turning ideas into measurable impact.
- Supply Chain & Customer-Facing Expertise: With hands-on experience in supply chain or customer engagement roles, you understand the dynamics of FMCG and know how to deliver value in fast-paced environments.
- Inspirational Leadership: You’ve successfully led and developed high-performing teams, fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration to achieve ambitious goals.
- Digital Fluency & Analytical Tools: You’re confident navigating SAP and Excel, and you bring insights to life using tools like Tableau or Power BI—translating data into decisions.
- Influential Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Your communication style builds trust and alignment. You know how to manage stakeholders across levels and functions, driving clarity and momentum.
