Title:  Customer Supply Chain & Data Insights Associate

Kellanova is offering an exciting entry-level opportunity for a Customer Supply Chain & Data Insights Associate on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our vibrant team in Media City, Manchester.

This is more than just a customer service role it’s a chance to kickstart your career in a fast-paced, digitally enabled environment where data meets decision-making. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, supporting both customers and internal stakeholders, while using data to drive smarter, more efficient processes.

This role will be based from our Media City, Manchester office on a hybrid working pattern with one weekend in six and occasional bank holidays.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Order Management with a Data Lens: Manage customer orders while using data to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Problem Solving Through Analysis:  Identify trends, perform root cause analyses, and provide solutions to resolve customer logistics, order fulfilment, and transportation issues.
• Continuous Improvement Through Data: Leverage reporting and analytics to identify opportunities for service enhancement and cost reduction.
• Tech-Enabled Operations: Use digital tools to ensure timely and accurate ordering management. Execute proactive checks to ensure accurate and timely ordering of de-lists, New Product Developments, special packs, and new product listings.
• Insightful Communication: Deliver timely communication to customers regarding projected service levels, delivery delays, product shortages, and alternative delivery slots or product substitutions.
• Collaborative Working: Partner with cross functional teams to streamline order processing using technology and insights.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Passionate about technology, data analysis, and AI, with a curiosity to learn and grow.
• Continuous Improvement and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong analytical skills, working with data to identify trends and drive decisions who can translate insights into action.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Proficient in MS Office 365, with a desire to grow skills in tools like Excel, Power BI, or other analytics platforms.
