Title:  Operations Supervisor

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for streamlining production processes? We’re seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our production team at our Rome, Georgia plant. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.

We have a first —or second-shift position available following a 2-2-3 schedule, working from 4:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 4:30 PM to 5:30 AM.

This position is on-site at our Rome, Georgia plant. You’ll be joining a dynamic team known for its collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence. Our team is dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation, providing you with opportunities to lead exciting projects and make a significant impact.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Production Line Support – Lead all activities on your assigned shift, working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules.
• Direction and Servant Leadership – Provide direction and support to your team of operators, demonstrating your people skills.
• Safety First – Uphold our values by prioritizing people safety and food safety with a “safety first” attitude.
• Continuous Improvement – Utilize your owner’s mindset and continuous improvement methodologies like 5S, RCA, and LEAN.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $71,900- $94,395, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
