Title:  Maintenance Repair Operations Supervisor

As a Maintenance Repair Operations Supervisor at our Rome, Georgia manufacturing facility, you will play a critical role in supporting production and maintenance by ensuring materials, spare parts, and storeroom operations run efficiently and reliably.

 

This on‑site role offers the opportunity to lead a third‑party storeroom operation, develop strong cross‑functional partnerships, and continuously improve processes that keep our plant running safely and smoothly. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leadership & Inventory Management – Lead and oversee all site warehouse and MRO storeroom operations, including third‑party storeroom management, while ensuring accurate physical inventory and adjustments.
  • Process Improvement – Identify and implement improvements to existing inventory, purchasing, and storeroom processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and audit readiness.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with maintenance, production, engineering, and external vendors to support routine maintenance and plant shutdown activities.
  • Metrics & Safety Focus – Drive a safety‑first mindset while managing inventory metrics, cycle counts, and compliance with internal standards and audits.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in inventory or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing indirect material purchasing and MRO inventory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Hands‑on experience using SAP for material management, purchase requisitions, and inventory controls

 

Compensation

 

The annual salary range is $75,400 - $98,910, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
