Title:  Maintenance Planner

Are you passionate about maintenance planning and reliability? Join our Maintenance team as a Maintenance Planner in Rome, GA, where you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. Working closely with maintenance, operations, and reliability teams, you'll lead maintenance planning and scheduling activities that improve equipment performance and support continuous improvement. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintenance Planning & Scheduling – Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for assigned production lines, ensuring labor, materials, spare parts, and external services are available to support successful execution.
• SAP & Asset Management – Maintain accurate asset information, work orders, and maintenance plans within SAP PM while managing planning data that supports effective maintenance execution and reliability strategies.
• Reliability & Continuous Improvement – Support root cause analysis activities, monitor maintenance KPIs, and help implement maintenance strategies that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and strengthen overall plant performance.
•  Cross-Functional Partnership – Collaborate closely with maintenance supervisors, operations leaders, reliability resources, quality and food safety teams, and external vendors to align maintenance priorities and communicate upcoming work plans.
• Spare Parts & Work Management Ownership – Manage spare parts planning and inventory requirements, support backlog control, and lead work management processes to ensure maintenance activities are planned and executed effectively.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• High School Diploma/GED and significant maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial planning experience.
• Experience with SAP PM or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance strategies including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Experience utilizing maintenance performance metrics and KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and reliability improvement practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for maintenance planning and analysis. 

Compensation

The annual salary range is $77,200 - $101,325, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
