Title: Team Leader
Are you passionate about Supply Chain process and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our operative area as a Team Leader. You will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient compliance with the production plan per shift while reaching the four key metrics of EHS, QFS, cost and service through a proper coordination with their team members of the assigned line and efficient communication with the maintenance resources. This role is located in Queretaro.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Detail Oriented: Ensure compliance with the production plan and lead daily revision meetings to review team performance indicators (DDS1).
- Development and Compliance: Attend DDS2 meetings, share results from the previous shift, and ensure efficient shift change processes.
- Organizational and Responsible: Identify key indicator trends, communicate issues, and coordinate root cause analysis with the shift team.
- Strategy Mindset: Monitor compliance with operational, safety, quality, and food safety standards.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Effective communication, initiative, committed, collaborative, focused on results and proactive
- Office (Excel, word and Power Point).
- Production process, indicators, decision making, tools for continuous improvement.
- Manufacturing related bachelor's degree with certificate completed.
