Title:  Success Manager LATAM (PMO)

As a Success Manager LATAM (PMO) you will play a critical role in the successful deployment and adoption of regional planning technologies, helping markets prepare for change while ensuring operational excellence throughout implementation. Working within a highly collaborative regional transformation team, you will help bridge strategy and execution by coordinating deployment activities, tracking progress, and supporting long-term product success.

As part of a regional Supply organization, you will collaborate with Planning, Digital Technologies, and Global Product teams across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity in Querétaro to gain exposure to large-scale business transformation programs, advanced planning technologies, and cross-functional leadership while helping shape the future of planning capabilities across LATAM.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive Deployment Readiness — Coordinate operational deployment activities across LATAM markets, ensuring milestones, timelines, and readiness requirements are successfully executed.
• Support Data & System Readiness — Partner with local and regional teams to ensure master data quality, system integration progress, and technical readiness align with product deployment requirements.
• Monitor Product Performance — Track adoption, utilization, system performance, and business results following go-live to support long-term value realization.
• Coordinate Regional Execution — Consolidate deployment updates, monitor risks, and support governance processes by maintaining visibility across multiple workstreams and markets.
• Enable Continuous Improvement — Identify recurring product or process challenges and collaborate with global teams to improve stability, adoption, and future product enhancements.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Fluency in Spanish, English (must have), and Portuguese (nice to have).
• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Digital Transformation environments.
• Experience supporting project execution, deployment tracking, operational readiness activities, and risk management.
• Knowledge of planning processes such as S&OP, IBP, or S&OE and hands-on exposure to planning platforms such as Kinaxis, SAP IBP, OMP, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of data governance, master data quality, and data readiness requirements for enterprise planning systems.
