Title:  Sr. Reporting & Analytics Analyst

Description: 

Are you passionate about transforming complex data into clear insights that improve customer service and supply chain performance? As a Sr. Reporting & Analytics Analyst, you will turn data into meaningful business recommendations that support the North America Customer Service and Order-to-Delivery teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, IT, Distribution, and Global Business Services to identify trends, solve operational challenges, and improve service effectiveness.

 

In this role located in Querétaro, you will manage recurring and ad hoc reporting, validate data integrity, troubleshoot reporting issues, and support analytics and automation projects using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You’ll also help translate business needs into practical analytics solutions while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the Order-to-Delivery organization.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Reporting and Data Analysis — Develop, maintain, and validate recurring and ad hoc reports that transform operational data into actionable insights for the North America Customer Service and Order-to-Delivery teams.
  • Business Intelligence and Automation — Build and enhance analytics solutions using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Power Apps, and Power Automate to improve reporting capabilities and ways of working.
  • Performance Insights and Problem Solving — Analyze complex data sets, identify trends and root causes, troubleshoot reporting and data-quality issues, and recommend solutions that improve service, efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership — Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, IT, Distribution, Transportation, and external service providers to understand business needs and resolve Order-to-Delivery challenges.
  • Projects and Continuous Improvement — Support analytics projects, technology upgrades, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen controls, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in reporting, business analytics, customer service analytics, supply chain, shared services, or another process-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and other reporting or data-visualization tools.
  • Experience with ERP and business systems such as SAP; familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, Tableau, Celonis, or ServiceNow.
  • Fluent level of English.
