Title:  Regional Assistant Brand Manager

Join Mars Snacking Latin America as a Regional Assistant Brand Manager , where you’ll help shape the future of some of the region’s most iconic cereal brands. Working as part of the Regional Marketing team, you will support brand growth initiatives across Latin America by contributing to portfolio management, business performance tracking, and the execution of regional marketing strategies. This role is located in Querétaro and offers a unique opportunity to develop a strong understanding of consumers, shoppers, category dynamics, and brand management while partnering with teams across multiple markets.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, insights, sales, finance, and other cross-functional teams to bring regional priorities to life and support impactful growth initiatives. If you are looking to build your career in marketing within a fast-paced consumer goods environment, this role will provide exposure to strategic projects, innovation initiatives, and regional leadership while helping strengthen brand equity across Latin America.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Brand Planning Support — Contribute to the development and execution of annual brand plans by helping translate consumer and business insights into actionable recommendations.
• Market & Consumer Analysis — Monitor consumer, shopper, category, and competitive trends across Latin America and support business performance assessments that drive brand growth.
• Regional Campaign Execution — Support the deployment of regional marketing campaigns and help ensure marketing assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Performance Reporting — Develop presentations, reports, and business updates that communicate brand performance, key insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Portfolio & Investment Management — Assist with tracking business KPIs and monitoring assigned marketing investments to support efficient brand management and decision-making.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• +2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Commercial, or related areas.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, innovation projects, or commercial initiatives.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience developing business presentations and recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Fluent English proficiency
