Title:  Quality & Food Safety Manager

Are you passionate about food industry and quality of products? Join our team as Quality and Food Safety Manager. You’ll be responsible for ensuring food safety and product quality standards through the proper and on time implementation of global and regional quality programs and polices of raw and packaging materials, premiums, manufacturing and storage and handling practices, food safety programs and product registration processes.

This role is located Queretaro, Mexico and is a full onsite role.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Product quality programs: product evaluation system, quality action reviews, plan daily food review, consumer complaints.
• Food safety programs; pre requisites and HACCP system internal and external audits and certifications. 
• Traceability program: ensure the compliance to the policy and provide visibility to the business regarding any risk.  
• Quality and food safety control and visibility. 
• 5s and KWS (Kellanova Working System) implementation.
• Budget management.
• People Development: training and leading a team (internal and external).

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor degree in Food Science.
• A 4-year (minimum) experience in similar roles (leadership needed).
• Quality programs in food industry.
• 2 years at least of HACCP experience.
• Fluent English, knowledge in process and/or equipment acumen and concise verbal and written communication.
