Title:  Global Transformation Lead, Finance

As the Global Transformation Lead, Finance, you’ll focus on driving end‑to‑end transformation across Global Business Services (GBS) Finance, helping modernize the way finance processes operate globally. You'll have the opportunity to shape how we standardize, automate, and optimize core finance activities while strengthening the governance frameworks that support them. This position is a hybrid role based out of our Querétaro, MX office.

You’ll partner closely with Finance, IT, GBS teams, and outside partners to bring the global transformation roadmap to life. The work is highly collaborative, fast‑moving, and impactful—ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, leading meaningful change, and improving the experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Global Transformation Leadership – Lead the creation and execution of a global transformation roadmap, ensuring initiatives are aligned with enterprise priorities and deliver measurable improvements across finance operations.  Partner closely with cross-functional teams and drive change management efforts to ensure new processes, tools, and ways of working are successfully adopted.
• Process Standardization & Optimization – Drive the harmonization of finance processes worldwide, including journal entries, general ledger activities, account reconciliations, fixed assets, leasing, intercompany activities, and overall financial close processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.  Monitor and report on key finance KPI’s to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Digital & Automation Enablement – Champion the use of automation, robotics, analytics, and modern digital tools to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance the efficiency of finance operations.
• Governance, Controls & Partner Management – Strengthen governance and compliance frameworks while owning the relationship with third-party partners.  Guide and oversee partner-supported transformation initiatives to ensure delivery against expectations and alignment with business goals.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Demonstrated progression and impact in Finance Operations, GBS, or Shared Services
• Proven experience leading large‑scale finance transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of global finance processes and financial close cycles
• Experience working with outsourcing partners (preferably Accenture or similar)
• Experience in governance, compliance, and internal control environments
• Advanced proficiency in English
