Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and automation in F&A processes? Join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Querétaro as our Finance & Accounting Continuous Improvement Process Lead and help shape the future of operational excellence at Kellanova!
In this role, you’ll drive efficiency across GBS by leading digital initiatives, standardizing processes, and unlocking value through automation and analytics. Based in Querétaro you’ll report to the Continuous Improvement and Technology Director whilst enjoying a hybrid way of working. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Continuous Improvement Leadership: Facilitate ideation sessions, coach teams, and embed Lean Six Sigma and Kellanova Work Systems principles across GBS.
- Digital Transformation: Deliver automation, process intelligence, and analytics solutions while owning the digital platform architecture for GBS.
- Process Governance: Lead the development and maintenance of process taxonomy, process maps, desktop procedures, and standard ways of working.
- Value Realization: Track and report monthly efficiency gains, ensuring alignment with business goals and global scalability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global and regional leaders, IT, and external partners to drive impactful changes and share best practices.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Solid understanding of F&A processes and experience in managing multiple projects and tracking projects success.
- Broad experience in continuous improvement, digital transformation, or process optimization. The ability to identify and prioritize opportunities and challenges, to propose and implement effective solutions, whilst demonstrating effective use of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English
