Title: EHSS Manager
Are you passionate about hygiene programs, environment, security and safety impactful decisions? Join our Supply Chain team as EHSS Manager. You’ll be responsible for define and implement a robust strategy to create a culture which ensures zero injuries and illnesses, & minimizes our impact on the planet and communities where we live, work and source, as well to protect our people, brands and assets.
As EHSS expert, regulatory compliance (safety and environmental), create a robust culture focused on safety and environment protection.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- EHSS Plant System: Align and coordinate efforts to design, implement and follow up the EHSS management system for the plant, based on Kellanova standards and polices. Establish the right procedures in order to comply with regulatory requirements (legislation and corporation) for safety and environment.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Verify in indirect reports compliance in all polices programs, and participation in all activities oriented to the prevention of injuries, illness and environment sustainability, modeling safe behaviors, aligned with K valued, accountability and the belief that all injuries can be.
- Programs Implementation: Spearhead and effective implementation of KWS, as well as programs. Initiatives and projects (local and corporate). Respond to corporate and government audits, working with multifunctional teams to follow up findings.
- Budget and Strategy Management: Define metrics, administer resources (budget) and manage and coach EHSS team to warranty the correct execution of the strategy and plans.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Industrial Engineering or Chemist bachelor´s degree.
- Minimum 6-year experience in EHSS and manufacture.
- English spoken – fluent.
- Budget and people management, at least 2 years.
- 4 years in continuous improvement.
