Title:  Customer Service & Collaboration Junior Associate

Description: 

Are you driven by data and eager to shape demand strategies that fuel business growth? Join our team as a Customer Service & Collaboration Junior Associate. You’ll be responsible for analyzing large volumes of customer and commercial team data to develop and share accurate Sell-Out forecasts, integrating pricing, seasonality, inventory levels, and promotional activities.

 

You’ll align with clients to recommend and validate forecast uploads, collaborate with the DRP team to ensure Sell-In estimates match inventory availability, and monitor key performance indicators your insights will be essential to improving forecast accuracy and delivering results aligned with Kellanova and customer targets.

 

This is an On Site role, located in Querétaro, México.

 

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Sales & Inventory Analysis: Evaluate product movement and inventory levels to inform accurate sales forecasts (FCST).
  • Performance Indicators Review: Analyze KPIs to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Dispersion Opportunities: Track dispersion issues and generate replenishment suggestions to address store-level shortages.
  • Modular Accuracy: Ensure correct setup of modulars, including item additions/removals, reach, and volume specifications.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with the OM team to manage product lifecycles, volumes, and expiration timelines.
  • IBP Alignment: Work closely with the demand team to synchronize inventory availability through Integrated Business Planning.
  • Daily Sales Tracking: Monitor actual sales vs. weekly plans to detect deviations and respond proactively.
  • Trend & Price Review: Conduct monthly analysis of base sales and pricing trends to adjust forecasts when needed.
  • Forecast Validation: Confirm forecast accuracy in client systems, ensuring alignment with initial suggestions and client replenishment plans.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Commerce, or related fields.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in data analysis and Excell spreadsheet management.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2 years in CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) is desirable
  • Intermediate/Fluent English: Capable of communicating effectively in both written and spoken English.
