Title:  Customer Collaboration & Demand Planning Head - TEMPORAL

Description: 

Are you driven by collaboration and passionate about elevating customer experience across international markets? Join our Customer Supply Chain & Logistics team as the Customer Services & Collaboration Head. You’ll spearhead interdisciplinary efforts to enhance service levels, on-shelf availability, and gross sales with distributors across the Caribbean Islands, while supporting export operations.

 

In this role, you’ll integrate commercial insights into replenishment systems for top business partners, co-create strategic commercial plans with cross-functional teams, and ensure product availability through accurate sell-out forecasting. You’ll lead customer engagement programs, drive CS&L business reviews, and own the US-sourced product availability process for Caricam, acting as the key liaison with US teams.

 

This is a 6 months period temporary role.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Customer Collaboration & Value Creation: Lead interdisciplinary teams to co-develop strategies that enhance service levels, on-shelf availability, and gross sales with Caribbean distributors and export partners.
  • Commercial Integration & Replenishment: Align commercial inputs with CS&L and VMI systems to optimize replenishment processes for top customers and ensure demand visibility.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Co-create commercial plans with Customer Supply, Demand Planning, and Customer Development teams to support business growth and execution excellence.
  • Service Level & Forecast Accuracy: Monitor key metrics such as Fill Rate (FR), OTIF, and sell-out forecasts to reduce lost sales and ensure product availability across channels.
  • Operational Coordination: Partner with Demand Planning Heads and Category teams to manage SKU visibility, delisting updates, restrictions, and expansion opportunities.

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • 2-3 Years’ experience in Customer Service Area
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Logistic / Distribution area
  • Order Management Knowledge
  • Forecasting Experience
  • Knowledge on Customer Development.
  • Experience working with Distributors.
  • SAP Knowledge is desirable
