Title: CS&L Procurement Analyst
Are you passionate about Supply Chain process and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our operative area as CSL and Ocean Freight Buyer. You will be primarily responsible to lead the Ocean Freight Category under CSL for KLA. This person is directly in contact with the Global Ocean Freight team for the bid. Need to secure KLA information to be bided and negotiate local lanes. It is also responsible to find opportunities and savings for KLA lanes working closely with Foreign Trade and BU. Provides support to the CSL category manager for other CSL categories. This role is located in Queretaro
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Detail oriented: Responsible to elevate risk and priorities to the global team and to plan alternative lanes on service risk
- Development and Compliance: In charge of Negotiate Ocean Freight, Data collection, Analytical support, Conduct supply market analysis, supplier scan and update list of potential suppliers
- Organizational and Responsible: Build and update clean sheet & TCO, BU spend and opps consolidation, Support Global RFIs and RFP
- Strategy Mindset: Develop supplier scorecards & update-controlled scripts, Propose award solution, Weekly meetings with Global Procurement, Develop Risk Plans
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Administration or an Industrial Engineering degree.
- 4-year experience desirable
- High knowledge in Excel
- Knowledge in financial bases
- Negotiations skills is a must
- Advanced English (Must)
- Portuguese (Desirable)
