Title:  CIPO Head | Continiuous Improvement Coordinator

Description: 

Do you thrive on building sustainable systems, empowering others through productivity tools, and igniting a continuous improvement mindset? We’re looking for a dynamic leader to join our manufacturing team as Cointiniouos Improvement Head, responsible for driving systemic work capabilities, operational excellence, and a lean culture throughout our facility.

This role is located in Queretaro.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Ignite a Culture of Continuous Improvement, enabling teams to leverage productivity tools, represent and mentor across Lean Manufacturing Principles
  • Drive implementation of OEE performance initiatives, visual aid systems, and site-wide Lean deployment.
  • Collaborate on Capital and Capacity Projects to eliminate strategic waste sources.
  • Coach and guide development of Centers-of-Excellence in KWS methodology.
  • Guarantee accuracy in SAP budgeting, costing, and inventory systems for all portfolio products and innovations.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • 3–4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Proven leadership & analytical mindset
  • Strong problem solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel & English proficiency
