Title:  Launch Program Manager

As a Launch Program Manager (12-Month Contract), we are looking for someone who can lead and manage multiple new product launches, product improvements, line extensions, in/out promotions, and occasionally product reformulations for cost or quality improvements. Rely on your knowledge of Kellanova business practices, financial reporting, and project management best practices to lead cross-functional teams from an idea to a new or reformulated product on store shelves. This is a hybrid role based out of our Mississauga office.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Project Management – Lead project team meetings to determine status, next steps, and to prepare for gate decisions, financial reporting and update meetings with business leaders. Your time management and leadership skills will be key to your success.
• Creative Problem Solving – Leading teams through problem solving and ideation processes and communicate results to senior business leaders for short term and long-term business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Your ability to work with various team members will help you work with our cross-functional team members to develop project timelines and give strategic input to plan and prioritize project approvals.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Post secondary education in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in R&D, Engineering, Operations, or Business Management.
• Problem solving skills including root cause analysis, risk assessment and corrective action.
• Communication skills, including ability to explain complex information to multiple levels to include senior levels within a business unit.
• Financial and business acumen needed to ensure projects meet business unit deliverables.
• Able to work 8am – 5pm shifts with some flexibility.
