Title:  Logistics Operator

Here at Kellanova, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Logistics Operative.  As part of the Logistics Team, this role is crucial in facilitating the seamless flow of production materials throughout the plant’s storage and packing areas. Duties include loading, unloading, storing, and delivering materials to and from the Plant, all while maintaining strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Food Safety standards. The focus is on ensuring accuracy and efficiency in material handling to support overall plant operations.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance – Maintain and uphold EHS standards by consistently following company policies and procedures, actively promoting a safe working environment.
• Quality and Food Safety Assurance – Ensure adherence to QFS standards through strict compliance with company policies and procedures, fostering a food-safe workplace.
• Process Execution – Carry out tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Equipment Operation – Operate FLT and plant lifts in line with safety regulations, utilizing a current FLT license.
• Checks and Data Entry – Complete formal inspections and promptly record results in designated sheets and data systems, consistently following plant procedures.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Valid FLT license with recent experience
• Computer literate and able to input data
• Understand production schedules, KPIs, and promotional variances
