Title: Artwork Planner
This hybrid role, based in Media City, Manchester, sits right at the point where great design becomes shelf‑ready reality. This is a 12 month fixed term contract
As an Artwork Planner at Kellanova, you’ll own the artwork/repro phase of the end‑to‑end Design‑to‑Print journey for the Kellogg Europe cereal & snacks portfolio—making sure every artwork file is delivered on time, in full, and ready for print.
You’ll keep projects moving with calm, confident coordination— briefing to agencies, managing approvals and ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance so the business can launch with speed, accuracy, and pride. It’s a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who enjoys both the detail work and the bigger picture, and who thrives in a Culture of Best where people are empowered to challenge the status quo, achieve results, and win together.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Artwork Briefing & Workflow Ownership: You’ll manage artwork briefs to the external artwork agency through a SAP‑based system and Kellanova’s artwork approval platform, ensuring briefs are clear, accurate, and set up to deliver right‑first‑time outputs.
- On‑Time, Print‑Ready Delivery: You’ll deliver new secondary and primary packaging artwork to print—print‑ready, technically correct, and aligned to printer specifications—so on‑shelf deadlines are met, negotiating any curve balls along the way.
- Compliance & Quality Gatekeeping: You’ll coordinate cross‑functional reviews with regulatory, legal, nutrition, and brand partners to ensure artwork is fully compliant and audit‑ready before release.
- Coaching, Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: You’ll provide day‑to‑day coaching and guidance to key stakeholders, including the Assistant Artwork Planner, building capability and confidence across the network.
- Continuous Improvement & Smarter Ways of Working: You’ll drive process improvements to streamline ways of working, simplify approvals, reduce rework, and minimise unnecessary artwork change.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Must have proven attention to detail
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Experience of delivering projects to deadlines and managing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and confident communication skills
