Title: Junior Assistant Activation - 6 Months Assignment
Join our Activation team in Madrid as a Junior Assistant Activation, where you'll play a key role in bringing our brands to life across Spain and Portugal through exciting campaigns and hands-on marketing initiatives — all in a fast-paced, collaborative environment for a 6-month journey.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Brand Activation - Execute brand activation plans across Spain and Portugal through both physical and digital channels.
- Agency Coordination - Coordinate with creative and media agencies to produce promotional and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with activation, RSD, RGM, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency in all interactions.
- Campaign Management - Manage the sampling activations calendar and ensure timely, accurate implementation across channels.
- Performance & Presentation Support - Monitor campaign performance, support ROI analysis, and assist in preparing internal presentations and decks.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Experience in marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation, preferably in FMCG.
- Passion for brands and connecting with consumers at the point of sale and the digital world.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow - motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- A sense of responsibility and ownership over assigned tasks.
