Title:  PRODUCTION SR HEAD

Are you passionate about leading high-performing teams and driving operational excellence in manufacturing? Join Kellanova as a Production Senior Head. In this role, you will lead Team Leaders to ensure plant operational continuity while maintaining high standards in safety, food safety, and compliance. This position is based in Linares, Nuevo León.

You will oversee the production process on your assigned line, driving cost efficiency and continuous improvement in key performance indicators such as overall equipment effectiveness and service levels. You will also support the execution of autonomous maintenance, reliability maintenance, and daily management systems, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic initiatives.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Operational Continuity & Production Strategy – Ensure uninterrupted plant operations and contribute to strategies that optimize overall equipment effectiveness, service levels, and cost efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Development – Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and operators, providing clarity of roles and fostering continuous capability building.
• Performance Monitoring & Execution – Drive adherence to the production plan, monitor key performance indicators, manage deviations, and ensure consistent execution of operational standards.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance – Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve plant objectives.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations or a similar manufacturing role
• Experience managing budgets and production resources
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and operational management systems
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

• Strong leadership skills with a coaching mindset and ability to build effective systems
• Results-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
• Strategic thinking with the ability to connect data, trends, and business objectives
• Decisiveness and problem-solving capabilities in complex environments
• Strong collaboration skills, fostering trust, alignment, and effective communication
