Title:  Continuous Improvement Process Owner

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence at a plant level while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency? Join Kellanova as an Continuous Improvement Process Owner . In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring that daily operations are executed efficiently and aligned with strategic objectives, directly impacting plant profitability and sustainable growth. This position is based in Linares, Nuevo Leon.

You’ll lead cross-functional operational teams, optimize processes, manage resources effectively, and translate strategy into tangible business results.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Team Leadership & Development – Build team capabilities through development plans, coaching, and fostering engagement to drive consistent performance.

• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement – Ensure efficient, uninterrupted operations while driving process optimization using methodologies like Six Sigma, Kaizen, and automation.

• Cross-Functional Alignment & Execution – Lead and align teams across HR, Finance, Quality, Safety, and Engineering to deliver business results.

• Performance & Cost Management – Monitor KPIs, control operational expenses, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs without compromising quality.

• Problem Solving & Operational Ownership – Act as the owner of operations, managing crises, driving accountability, and ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and daily execution.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency (80–100%)
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High adaptability with the ability to manage ambiguity and crisis situations
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data and trend analysis
• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on results, talent development, and team engagement
