Title: Capital Procurement Head
Are you passionate about purchasing and budget efficiency operations? Join our team as Capital Procurement Head. You’ll be responsible for ensuring comprehensive quality, including the best cost, the optimal delivery time, and the highest performance of goods or services, while always complying with purchasing policies. Provides support to all departments at the Linares Plant that require indirect goods or services.
This role is located Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and is a full onsite role.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Communication and Needs Assessment – Engages with internal clients to gather and verify procurement needs, ensuring clarity for both buyers and suppliers.
- Supplier Coordination and Comparison – Identifies relevant suppliers, collects quotations, and prepares comparative analyses based on cost, delivery time, market conditions, and commercial terms.
- Platform Monitoring and Procurement Execution – Daily review of procurement platforms (K-star for capital and KBUY for MRO) to extract internal requisitions, match needs with suitable suppliers, and verify commercial terms.
- Contract and Compliance Management – Ensures cost thresholds are met, evaluates installation requirements, and coordinates with legal to determine contract needs before supplier selection.
- Savings Reporting and Financial Alignment – Submits detailed monthly savings reports before period closure, ensuring alignment with KNA reporting requirements.
- Negotiation and International Procurement – Oversees MRO negotiations, typically requiring two months, and coordinates with tax management to handle international service purchases.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Business Administration, Industrial Engineering degree or related.
- A 4-year experience in similar roles – MRO, purchasing, budget control.
- Excel and data management.
- Fluent English is a must.

Are you passionate about food safety? Join our Operations team as a Food Safety Coordinator/Head. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, developing, implementing and guaranteeing quality and food safety programs and systems by ensuring the resources to keep our products within health and quality standards, all aligned with local and market regulations, promoting continuous improvement and development of the food safety system.
You’ll be responsible for safety and quality head-count and will report directly to the Quality & Food Safety Manager.
This role is onsite in Queretaro, Mexico.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Quality Leadership: Leads and supervises the quality and safety programs FS, FDA and PCQI, HACCP and pre-requisite programs; manages and maintains FS standards to ensure certifications and compliance of raw materials/suppliers (Kosher, Halal, etc.).
- Quality Continuous Improvement: Leads continuous improvement in Food Safety, and supports production personnel in solving problems; this is role is responsible for developing and sharing information on food safety and quality indicators in the plant as well.
- Budget Management: Manages food safety and plant sanitation budget.
- Problem Solving: Identifies key indicator trends and triggers communication up the chain as well as analysis to solve issues; operates the equipment of the assigned line if needed.
- External and Internal Audits: Receives, responds to and executes internal, external, third-party and regulatory audits in the field of health and food safety and ensures the generation and compliance of action plans.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering, or any related field.
- 5 years of experience in plant or manufacturing in food industry in similar roles.
- English proficiency.
- Leadership experience. Excellent managing operative team members.
- Effective communication and decision-maker.
