Title: Executive Assistant
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our Human Resources and Plant Leadership teams. In this highly visible role, you’ll help drive operational excellence through seamless coordination, communication, and execution of key administrative functions.
Based at our Kansas City, KS, manufacturing facility, this on-site role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership. You’ll support plant operations, lead community engagement efforts, and foster a collaborative and productive workplace culture.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Keep the Team Organized – You will manage the calendars, create and format executive-level presentations and correspondence, and complete expense reports.
- Community Relations – Serve as the point of contact for all external relations. Be the plant representative for internal/external community activities, including coordinating special events like retiree dinners, service awards, etc.
- Administrative Support – You will serve as a support resource for the Plant Director and the Human Resources Manager, taking on projects and assisting in various department administrative tasks. Administer and communicate all benefits programs, working closely with Corporate Human Resources and vendors.
- Office Operations & Budgeting – Oversee office supply procurement and budget tracking to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate Travel – Arrange travel logistics for the Plant Director and other leadership as needed.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- High school diploma or GED with substantial experience supporting senior management.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
- Worked in a high-paced manufacturing environment; SAP experience is a plus.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $60,500 - $79,380 which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
