A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the critical link between the Market, Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Business Execution), Market Activation, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution and resolution of project initiatives in local markets.
- Represent the local Supply Chain, actively challenging the status quo, and ensuring alignment with parameters and KPIs in collaboration with Market Directors.
- Identify and design end-to-end continuous improvement projects that enhance Supply Chain efficiencies and reduce the Cost to Serve.
- Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and drives efficiencies within the area.
- Manage key stakeholders, including Market Heads/General Managers, Market Activation, Finance, Sales Leaders, European Supply Chain Leaders, and the CS&L Market lead.
- Implementation and update of dashboards and improve visualization and drive digitalization.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to adapt to different cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, mainly Excel and PowerBI and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent time management skills and experience in delivering projects within cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and German language.
