Title:  Operations Supervisor

Description: 

As an Operations Supervisor at Kellanova, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production and logistics plans, ensuring smooth operations in your assigned area/shift. This position is based at our Grand Rapids plant and requires on-site presence during the night shift from 10 pm to 7 am, with some weekends required.

 

You will be leading a dedicated team of hourly employees, focusing on warehouse operations, labor relations, production, site security, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential in fostering teamwork and driving process improvements.

 

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by implementing goals and schedules, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance in all areas of responsibility. You'll have the chance to work closely with leadership and contribute to a culture of safety and flexibility.

  • Employee/Plant Support Lead all activities on your assigned shift, working towards implementing goals and schedules while utilizing your customer service skills.

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes.
  • High School Diploma or GED with substantial proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.
  • Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work weekends on a regular basis.

 

Compensation

 

The annual salary range is $71,900 - $94,395, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
