Title: Senior Brand Manager Adult Innovation & Initiatives
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager (12 months FTC - maternity cover) within our Innovation & Initiatives Team to help us intentionally grow our cereal business in Europe; by shaping the future of the Kellanova’s Cereal portfolio.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
This role leads the development and execution of the 3 year Initiatives pipeline on our Adult portfolio. In more detail, some of the key accountabilities will include:
- 3 Year Adult Masterplan: Help shape the future innovation across our Kellogg’s Masterbrand and leading sub brands – Extra, Crunchy Nut & Special K. Working with End to End teams and market teams to identify priorities, develop ideas and to execute opportunities through the stage gate process – in order to meet our strategic objectives on our adult brands.
- Lead the KIMM Process – act as category owner of the Kellanova Integrated Margin Management process, pulling End to End teams together with the aim of delivering our savings targets, and to report on progress to leadership
- Tracking of our Launched Initiatives – work with our Finance and Business Analytics Teams to provide best in class tracking of the first 12 months in market of our Innovation launches, and recommend adjustments to the plan as appropriate
- Market Engagement – lead key forums for engaging with the markets on the Adult Pipeline – Brand Connect, EIM, Market Activation Charter Meetings, KTM
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the end-to-end team will be a critical skill across all elements of this role
- People Leadership: This role has one direct report, and so a key requirement will be to coach and develop that individual for them to work towards their career goals, while managing to ensure that all business requirements are met.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- Experience working within the FMCG industry in roles that required cross-functional and international exposure, portfolio management and/or strategy development, and local market capacity is advantageous.
- Passion for marketing and specifically innovation; excellent influencing, collaboration, communication and project management skills.
- Capacity to adapt quickly to change and prioritize key tasks. Previous experience working in a European environment is preferred.
