If so, this is your chance to join Kellanova as a Senior Brand Manager on the Pringles Consumer & Shopper Experience team, where you’ll play a key role in taking one of the world’s most loved snack brands to the next level. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our EUHQ in Dublin

 

 

A Taste of What You’ll be Doing

 

  • Lead the Experience: Bring the Pringles brand to life through unforgettable consumer and shopper experiences. Whether it’s launching a gaming partnership, innovation or delivering standout Christmas campaigns, you’ll ensure that the Pringles Masterplan delivers against key category drivers and is executed with creativity and impact across the full marketing funnel.
  • Shape the Strategy: Support the Consumer & Shopper Experience Marketing Manager in evolving our winning Pringles Masterplan. This includes crafting equity-building advertising, digital content, and best-in-class shopper toolkits that drive brand equity and conversion.
  • Collaborate to Win: Work cross-functionally with Innovation, Design, Production, Insights, and Agency partners, while also partnering closely with local marketing activation teams, to ensure flawless execution across markets.
  • Champion the Consumer & Shopper: Use insights to fuel creativity and guide the development of compelling content, campaigns, and toolkits that are best in class.
  • Create & Deploy Toolkits: Build best-in-class consumer and shopper toolkits and assets that empower our markets to activate with consistency, creativity, and excellence.
  • Measure What Matters: Track performance, learn fast, and continuously optimize to make every campaign better than the last.

    • A proven track record of building brands and delivering integrated full funnel campaigns. You understand consumers, shoppers, media, and retail—and how to connect the dots.
    • Strategic & creative thinking, you can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to execute the details. You bring ideas to life with clarity and impact.
    • A collaborative spirit, you’re a team player who thrives in cross-functional teams and knows how to bring people together to make things happen.
    • Curiosity & courage, you ask questions, challenge the status quo, and push boundaries to find better ways to win.
    • A data-driven mindset, comfortable with numbers and insights, and you use them to guide decisions and tell compelling stories.
