Based in Dublin, Ireland in a hybrid model, this role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our European Wholesome Snacks portfolio by turning bold ideas into products that people love, buy, and come back for again.
This role plays a critical part in driving sustainable growth by developing new products from early-stage concept through to flawless execution, grounded in deep consumer understanding and sharp commercial thinking. Working across markets and functions, the Marketing Manager Innovation & Initiatives will help ensure Kellanova continues to lead with purpose, relevance, and impact in a fast-moving, trend-led category.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Innovation strategy: In close partnership with the Senior Marketing Director and the wider team, the role will help define and shape the long-term innovation strategy for the European Wholesome Snacks business, aligning cross-functional partners around a clear, inspiring roadmap for growth.
- Consumer opportunity development: By collaborating with the European Insights team, the role will identify emerging consumer needs, category white spaces, and future trends, translating them into compelling innovation ideas and persuasive customer-facing selling stories.
- Project delivery: The role will guide and support the team in working cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and other partners to deliver best-in-class innovation projects that fuel category growth and strengthen Kellanova’s portfolio.
- End-to-end leadership: Acting as a connector across the Wholesome Snacks end-to-end team, the role will foster strong collaboration, transparency, and accountability, encouraging a solution-focused mindset and a culture where great ideas can thrive.
- Commercial leadership: With a strong commercial lens, the role will drive both top-line and bottom-line growth, ensuring innovation activity is rooted in clear P&L impact, sound business cases, and disciplined portfolio management.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Proven success in CPG innovation, with a track record of driving profitable, penetration-led growth
- Strong P&L understanding and commercial acumen
- A curious, consumer-first mindset with a passion for emerging food and lifestyle trends
- Experience developing clear strategies and translating them into actionable plans
- Confidence influencing and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
