Kellanova Europe’s Cereal Category Team is on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant/Intern to join our dynamic Innovation & Initiatives Team. This 12-month fixed-term contract role offers a chance to help grow our cereal business across Europe—bringing bold ideas to life and shaping the future of breakfast.
A Taste of What of You’ll Be Doing
- Innovation Masterplan: Help turn big ideas into brilliant products that align with our brand strategy and delight consumers.
- Project Management: Collaborate with end-to-end teams to guide innovation projects through critical milestones and stage gates.
- Performance Tracking: Partner with Business Analytics and Finance to monitor performance, uncover insights, and recommend smart adjustments.
- Market Engagement: Energise our European market teams with compelling updates and storytelling around our innovation calendar.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with experts in R&D, Design, Packaging, Supply Chain, S&I, Revenue Growth Management, Finance, and Nutrition to bring innovation to life.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- A degree in Marketing, Business or related field with 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or similar role
- A passion for brands, innovation and consumer trends and confidence juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
