Title:  Innovation Brand Manager

We are seeking a Innovation Brand Manager (12-month Fixed Term Contract) to join our Innovation & Initiatives Team and drive the growth of our cereal business in Europe by shaping the future of Kellanova’s Cereal portfolio. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a 3-year initiatives pipeline within our Cereal Transformation team.

You will be part of a team committed to creating impactful brand experiences and fostering sustainable growth in the European cereal market. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for marketing will be crucial in shaping the future of our cherished cereal brands. This position is based at our EUHQ in Dublin, offering a hybrid working style.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Shape Future Innovation and Renovation- Help shape the future innovation and renovation across our Kellogg’s brands with a focus on our 3-year masterplan.
• Collaborate with Teams to Identify and Execute Opportunities - Work with End-to-End teams and market teams to identify priorities, develop ideas, and execute opportunities through the stage gate process to meet our strategic objectives.
• Lead Data-Driven Initiatives Development- Lead the ideation and development of our initiatives for Europe, anchored in data and consumer insight.
• Engage with Markets through Key Forums- Lead monthly key forums for engaging with the markets.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Experience working within the FMCG industry in roles that required cross-functional and international exposure, portfolio management and/or strategy development, and local market capacity is advantageous.
• Passion for marketing and specifically innovation; excellent influencing, collaboration, communication and project management skills.
• Capacity to adapt quickly to change and prioritise key tasks. Previous experience working in a European environment is preferred.
