Title: Brand Manager Innovation & Initiatives, K Snacks
As we continue to put our hearts and souls into the future of food, we’ll be looking at you to support the Innovations and Initiatives leadership and execution on super exciting K Snacks brands. Working as a Brand Manager in Innovations & Initiatives, on a 12-month contract role, you will be responsible for driving outstanding consumer experiences across our key snacking brands.
This role offers you the opportunity to be a part of our snacking powerhouse knowledge hub, closely collaborate with end-to-end partners from Finance, Supply Chain, Research and Development as well as Sales to drive strong innovations into our consumers hands.
This is your chance to join us during a period of growth, expansion, and transformation. You’ll have the opportunity to shape brand innovation strategies and enhance Kellanova snacks market presence through cross-functional collaboration. This is a flexible, hybrid role that is based in our EUHQ Dublin office.

- Innovation Magic – Lead innovation ideation to on-shelf execution for the whole Europe
- Insight Power – Drive consumer insights into business planning & strategy
- Initiatives Scale – Involve broad end-to-end team to collaborate on key efficiency projects.
- Effective Collaboration - Engaging the markets through proactive communication.
- Envision the Future – Ensure strong category vision in place to unlock snacks growth.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Marketing experience - brand management experience; innovation development & execution, performance and market analysis.
- Proven project management experience.
- FMCG marketing experience.
