Title:  Assistant Brand Manager Promotions and Partnerships

Our colleagues in the Marketing team are looking for a new Partnerships & Promotions Assistant Brand Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract working in a hybrid model in our EUHQ in Dublin

Reporting to the Partnerships & Promotions Senior Brand Manager and working with the European Marketing team, you will manage the executional implementation of our multi-brand consumer on-pack promotion campaigns across up to 25 European markets.

Lead with us as you collaborate with a diverse group of individuals from brand, external agencies, communications, design/artwork, legal, supply chain, quality, finance, and other cross-functional partners.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Collaborate-Work closely with the Partnerships & Promotions Senior Brand Manager to deliver activations into market, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of on-pack consumer promotions across Kellogg Europe.
  • Compliance- Ensure European consumer promotions are executed with excellence, legally compliant, on time, on budget and in line with the wider business objectives. Manage the provision of promotional Terms & Conditions, FAQS, tax and any other checks and processes that must be adhered to for the promotional plan to be delivered without issues
  • Project Management- Manage day-to-day project requirements and collaborate with all key European Kellogg departments and local activation teams to ensure the on-pack consumer promotions are delivered to plan. Administer day-to-day involvement of external suppliers to ensure all necessary goods and services are delivered to plan and budget. Brief agencies and manage agency relationships.
  • Budgets-Manage project budgets and ensure any changes are captured and proactively managed with Finance & the Partnerships & Promotions Senior Brand Manager, ensuring all accounting policies are followed
  • Engagement- Drive internal engagement of on-pack consumer promotions within the business by presenting to key stakeholders at different forums and by creating internal events to boost visibility and exposure to the plans. Own the central project working documents and Line Up Files / SKU lists to provide full clarity to key stakeholders.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Educated to degree level/business school graduate or equivalent (Marketing subject preferred)
  • Strong influencing skills are required to drive internal alignment e.g.cross-functional stakeholders including European local markets.
  • Experience in project management with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Marketing, shopper or retail experience in an FMCG environment, particularly working with multi-national markets.
