Title:  Supervisor, Traffic & Transportation CCA

Description: 

Are you passionate about logistics and transportation operations? Join our Supply Chain team as a Supervisor Traffic and Transportation CCA. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of export and transportation operations across Central America and the Caribbean, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee on-time deliveries while balancing service, cost, quality, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will drive transportation performance for Mexico, USA and Central America Sources, manage carrier relationships, monitor transportation KPIs, support budget control activities, and lead logistics efficiency initiatives that contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction. This a role based in Guatemala.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

Transportation Operations Excellence: Ensure the effective execution of transportation activities for Mexico and Jackson sources, supporting replenishment programs and customer orders while meeting commercial objectives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Foreign Trade, Procurement, Internal Controls, and regional teams to maintain seamless communication and drive end-to-end operational excellence.

• Carrier and Service Management: Monitor transportation providers' performance, ensuring compliance with service levels, costs, and delivery schedules, while serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers.

• Financial and KPI Management: Support freight budget planning, expense control, monthly provisions, and transportation performance tracking through key metrics and dashboards.

• Continuous Improvement and Savings Initiatives: Lead logistics efficiency projects, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide visibility of transportation performance and savings initiatives to regional leadership.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, or related areas.

• Strong knowledge of budget management, transportation costs, and operational performance metrics.

• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to collaborate across regional teams.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

• Experience developing strategies, process improvements, and logistics optimization initiatives.

• Agile and Scrum certifications, as well as Power Automate knowledge, are desirable.
