Title:  Customer Collaboration & Demand Planning CPFR Head

Description: 

Are you driven by customer satisfaction and collaborative excellence? Step into the role of :   Customer Collaboration & Demand Planning Head and become a key player in shaping commercial success. You’ll partner across Order Management and Demand Planning to optimize processes and forecast accuracy, while leveraging CPRF to guide strategic decisions.

 

Your insights will fuel daily sales target alignment, monthly Sell In & Sell Out projections, and the effectiveness of commercial plans. By integrating customer feedback, benchmarking with suppliers, and working closely with distributors like Dicarina, Codisa, and Unisuper, you’ll ensure seamless execution and long-term resolution of customer concerns—all while delivering value that meets expectations and drives growth.

 

This is a hybrid role if located in Guatemala City.

 

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Operational Synergy & Forecasting: Collaborate with Order Management and Demand Planning teams to streamline operations and enhance forecast accuracy through IBP processes.
  • Customer Experience Monitoring: Track customer satisfaction metrics such as Advantage and NPS, ensuring programs and procedures align with expectations.
  • Insightful Reporting & Analysis: Deliver fluent, data-driven reports that support strategic decision-making and highlight commercial performance.
  • Sales Target Optimization: Monitor daily sales targets and drive cross-functional decisions to meet commercial goals.
  • Sell In & Sell Out Visibility: Provide monthly projections to enhance company-wide visibility and planning accuracy.
  • Commercial Plan Effectiveness: Evaluate plan accuracy, elasticity, and trends to ensure alignment with market dynamics.

 

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • 2 Years’ experience in Customer Service Area
  • 3 Years’ experience in Demand & Logistic / Distribution area
  • CPFR and Order Management Knowledge
  • Advance Knowledge of Excel & desirable Access
  • Knowledge on Customer Development.
  • Experience working with Modern & Traditional Trade Customers.
  • Fluent English
