Title: Sr. Brand Marketing Manager
As a Sr. Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll drive commercial plans that deliver results for our iconic snacking brands. We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious and constantly looking for ways to drive growth and innovate beyond the status quo. In this hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, or Battle Creek, MI, you’ll use your analytical skills to identify and solve problems that others may not realize exist.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and Developing Ideas – Bring your fresh ideas on your brand’s journey– from inception to in-market execution and activation. Leverage data and insights to drive packaging, innovation, public relations, media, and creative agency management, as you execute a robust integrated marketing plan.
- Strategic Planning – Manage the annual planning process for a brand or portfolio, including strategic plan development and tactical plan development. You’ll lead us toward success thanks to your ability to thrive in the trenches or in front of leadership.
- Managing the Business – Take ownership of tracking and effectiveness tools (Marketing Mix Modeling), budgeting, tracking, reporting, and P&L management in this role. You’ll share a data-driven vision for tomorrow and a plan to get there.
- Implementing Solutions – Leverage the 4 P’s of marketing to diagnose problems, recommend bold solutions, and execute successful plans against them. Your positive, welcoming, and collaborative work style will enable you to partner with colleagues to troubleshoot tough challenges.
- Leading People – Demonstrate your passion for developing people and high-functioning teams as you lead your direct report and a broad cross-functional team to drive business results.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Agency management and execution of media plans experience.
- Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies, including positioning, brand development, innovation, and project leadership.
- Substantial experience in product management that includes success in different brand portfolios.
- Brand marketing experience (in consumer-packaged goods industry) with track record of demonstrating consumer intimacy and turning insights into actions.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $134,160 - $176,085, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
