 A Taste of What You’ll be Doing

• Balance Product Availability with Cost Optimization: Focus on process adherence and operational discipline to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
• Lead and Prepare Core Processes: Manage exception handling, deployment, additional volume requests, inventory policies, non-performing inventory management, phase-in phase-out, and KSOE meeting preparation.
• Serve as a Key Interface: Act as the single point of contact between category, cluster, and plants, ensuring seamless day-to-day and weekly planning activities.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong numerical analysis and critical thinking abilities, proficient in ERP systems like SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with English fluency required.
• Experience in integrated supply chain and supply planning, with FMCG industry experience preferred.
